My friends know me as a bit of a foodie. I love trying new recipes, checking out new restaurants and using interesting ingredients. What I have learned from my enthusiasm and passion for food is that meals should be made with natural, whole foods and lots of love. There is no better way to treat your body than to give it the nutrients it deserves instead of all the artificially enriched and processed crap that infiltrates our grocery stores and restaurants. I want to introduce healthy cooking and eating habits to people. I enjoy preparing dishes that look complicated and taste delicious but are super easy to prepare and are healthy to boot. Teaching yourself to be a good cook doesn’t happen overnight but practice makes perfect. So grab a spatula, cutting board, tall glass of wine (to drink, not cook with) and lets start appreciating some damn good food.
